Bookings & payments

Prices and availability are confirmed at the time of payment and may change until a booking is ticketed. You are responsible for the accuracy of passenger details, including names matching travel documents.

Changes & cancellations

Changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the fare rules of your selected ticket and the operating airline. Service fees may apply.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and any health documentation required for your itinerary.

Liability

We act as an agent between you and travel suppliers; the operating airline's conditions of carriage apply to your flight. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
